About this project

Super Productivity combines tasks, scheduling, and time tracking. Tasks can contain subtasks and belong to projects or tags, with colors providing further organization. A planner and schedule place work beside calendar events. Boards, including Kanban and an Eisenhower Matrix, offer alternative views of the same work, connecting task capture with daily planning. Tasks remain associated with their projects.

Execution tools include timeboxing, timers, and focus sessions using Pomodoro, Flowtime, or countdown modes. The application produces timesheets and work summaries, with break reminders and personal metrics supporting review. Notes, files, and bookmarks add context to tasks and projects. Integrations with systems such as Jira and GitHub import assigned work and report changes.

Desktop, mobile, and browser applications are available, with no registration required for basic use. Data can be backed up and synchronized through SuperSync, Dropbox, or WebDAV; SuperSync also has a self-hosting path. The repository explicitly notes limitations in the web version. External task integrations and synchronization providers require their own corresponding configuration.
