About this project

AppFlowy combines documents, knowledge bases, and project work in a shared workspace. Its current product site presents team projects, wikis, documents, and meeting material as connected working objects. Members can edit documents together or discuss them asynchronously through comments. AI search and meeting notes are also presented as entry points within the wider workspace.

Documents hold written material, knowledge bases organize shared information, and project features support team work. The product site also presents databases, forms, and site-building capabilities. Enterprise offerings add centralized management of users, workspaces, and permissions. These administrative features belong to the relevant product offering and should be checked against the intended plan or deployment.

The official repository links desktop and mobile downloads alongside self-hosting documentation. The application uses Flutter and Rust, with iPhone and Android distribution paths as well as desktop clients. Android has operating-system and processor requirements. Running the application, using its hosted service, and adopting an enterprise deployment are separate paths rather than interchangeable installation choices.
